Russian President Vladimir Putin has voiced hopes of restoring the relationship between South Korea and Russia.
According to Russian media remarks to this end were shared during a credentials presenting ceremony to new ambassadors at the Kremlin back on Thursday.
Claiming that Seoul and Moscow had in the past seen tangible gains in trade and business by adhering to pragmatism Putin added that much of the positive foundation have been wasted recently.
