ラフマニノフ ピアノ協奏曲第2番 ピアノソロ楽譜　Rachmaninoff - Piano Concerto No.2 sheet music for piano solo

ラフマニノフ作曲　ピアノ協奏曲第2番ハ短調 Op.18を全楽章フルコーラスにてピアノソロでアレンジしました。

このアレンジの原案は2008年頃に大まかな構想ができていましたが、それを長らく手を付けず眠らせていました。そして、今回、ついにそれを完全な形に仕上げ、皆様にお披露目できることを喜ばしく思います。

このアレンジは、元の楽曲に対してできるだけ忠実でありつつ、ピアノパートをオーケストラと調和させ、ピアノソロに落とし込みました。

ただし、ピアノソロの制約の中で、特にオーケストラの部分においては省略せざるを得ない箇所が多かったことは否めません。

この楽曲は、全体を通して複数の旋律が流れる河川の様に折り重なる部分が多く、どこを切り取っても美しいハーモニーが響きます。

その魅力が損なわれないよう、省略箇所についても非常に慎重に選びました。

通常、ピアノ協奏曲はピアノとオーケストラが共鳴し合い、音楽の魅力を最大限に引き立てるものですが、それをいかにしてピアノソロで表現できるか、細部に渡り試行錯誤し、このアレンジが完成しました。

この動画の音源に関しては、Finaleを用いて作成したものに、過去に私自身が部分部分で演奏したものをMIDIファイルに変換し、修正と統合を施しました。

I arranged Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor, Op. 18 for piano solo in full chorus across all movements.

The initial concept for this arrangement had taken shape around 2008 but had remained untouched for quite some time. Finally, I have completed it in its entirety, and I'm delighted to present it to all of you.

This arrangement aims to stay as faithful as possible to the original composition while harmonizing the piano part with the orchestra, ultimately adapting it for solo piano. However, due to the constraints of a solo piano performance, there were several sections in the orchestral part that had to be omitted.

This composition features numerous intertwining melodies throughout, akin to a river with multiple streams, where beauty resonates regardless of where you look. Careful consideration was given to ensure that this charm remained intact, even in the omitted sections.

Typically, piano concertos involve the resonance and harmony between the piano and the orchestra, bringing out the full potential of the music. I underwent a detailed trial-and-error process to express this in a solo piano arrangement, and that's how this arrangement came to life.

Regarding the audio for this video, I used Finale to create the base, and I also converted MIDI files from previous performances of my own. Afterward, I made corrections and integrated them. It's important to note that the original performance wasn't at a level that could be used as is, so significant modifications were made.
