Mark IIC++ Metallica Black Album Guitar Tone full mix (Instruments Only)

Please subscribe! Here’s my attempt at doing a black album esque mix with my Mark IIc++ I recently acquired. It is an incredible amp, and really does the thing. I went back and forth with speaker choice and ultimately went with the t75 here. Bass is mixed with neural dsp darkglass vst. Drums are superior drummer. Three guitar takes, one left and right one down the middle. I know it’s not 100 percent right because I learned this song probably 20 some odd years ago and just went for it. Was really stoked on the production of this, I plan on doing more modern reimaginings of some of their other classic tones and other classic album tones with gear I’ve acquired. The track here was obviously written by Metallica. I performed, mixed, and mastered this myself.

I’m definitely planning on doing some stuff from AJFA.

I also know there was a Jose Marshall used on the black album with the IIc+, but I only wanted to use the IIc+ here. Mainly because I don’t own a Jose modded Marshall.
