Eddington’s attributes the restaurant’s success to creating flavourful and creative meals consistently using the best of Huron County’s bounty. Owner James Eddington states “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world”. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies the region has to offer. Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870s). After two major renovations, an addition of a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.
