🍫 Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls (Mom vs Kids Version)
As a full-time working mom, I’m always trying to find snacks that fit my goals and that my kids will (hopefully) enjoy. These chocolate peanut butter balls are quick, high in protein and fiber, and perfect for busy days — even if one of my kids wasn’t totally sold this time 😅
👩🍳 Mom Version (High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls)
Ingredients (makes 24 balls):
2 and 2/3 cups oat (my math was off in the video 😜)
½ cup powdered peanut butter
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup chia seeds
4 scoops LeanFit vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups water

95 calories
7.5 g protein
8 g carbs
3.5 g fat
2.5 g fiber

🧒 Kids Version (Chickpea Chocolate Snack Balls)
Ingredients (makes 16 balls):
1 can (540 mL / 19 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup Wow butter (or peanut butter)
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp maple syrup
1½ cups oats
¼ cup chia seeds
Calories & Macros (per ball):
125 calories
5 g protein
15 g carbs
4.5 g fat
2 g fiber
💡 Tips:
Roll and refrigerate for at least an hour before eating. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later.
