NYC Central Park Full Park Loop By Bike + Times Square [in 4k]

Hi everyone! I filmed this sunny spring bike ride in New York City in May of 2025. Starting off at Bike Rental Central Park on 6th Ave., we'll do a full counter-clockwise loop of the park following the established one-way flow of the park drives, before exploring some of the transverse routes before heading out of the park, through Columbus Circle and then down Broadway to Times Square.

This was one of the first really nice sunny weekends of the year with cloudless skies and temps in the mid 70's Farenheit, it was also the weekend, so the park was VERY full.

With the park routes being car-free since 2018, there is still room to stretch out in sections. Especially around the northern half of the park. But with a broad range of users and abilities you do have to be vigilant and paying atention to not have any conflicts with other users, some people just don't seem to grasp the one-way flow and then go ride or walk the wrong way right up the middle of the roadway!

With the help of maps and wikipedia, I'll try to point out various points of interest and historical notes, although I barely scratch the surface. You will se famous sites like Bethesda Terrace, The Met and Cooper Hewitt Museums, Harlem Meer, Seneca Vilage and various monuments and memorials.
