💥 🦇 How to Connect to Norse Goddess Hel 🦇 💥

Goddess Hel, is the Norse- Germanic Goddess of the 'dishonourable' dead (meaning all those who did not die in battle) and Queen of the Underworld, known as Niflheim, or the World of Darkness.

She is a daughter of fire and ice, being the daughter of the God Loki and the Giantess Agraboda. Her name means 'to cover' and she embodies the archetype of Dark Mother. She is, and was, considered to be a benevolent Goddess, with deep wisdom, cleverness and understanding.

She can support you with:

💥 'Seeing' in the 'darkness'. She enables you to see wider, to see deeper, to look beyond what you deem to be fixed, definate, or certain and to consider beyond that which you have concluded or judged. She invites you into a fully open heart, so that there is no room for discrimination, hatred, nor tunnel vision in your mind.

💥 Embracing queenship of your life. She encourages you to keep asking 'how can I make the best of this?' no matter what the situation. She can help you to alchemise anything that seems base or negative (e.g. self- deprecating thoughts, pain, stuckness) into gold (wisdom).
