This is better than a copy cat recipe of KFC Honey BBQ wings. I call this cuisine deep fried Sweet and Spicy Honey BBQ Wings.
HONEY BBQ WING SAUCE
-Hunter's Mid-West Cowboy Sauce (1/4 cup)
-Sriracha Chili Sauce (4 tablespoons)
-Honey (3 tablespoons)
-Chili Powder (2 tablespoons)
-Salt (1 tablespoon)
-Granulated Garlic (3 tablespoons)
-CHICKEN WING SEASONING RECIPE:
-2 dozen Wings
-Salt (4 tablespoons)
-Granulated Garlic (6-7 tablespoons)
-Hunter's Poultry Seasoning (8-9 tablespoons)
-Hunter's Texas Seasoning (3 tablespoons)
(Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight)
SEASON FLOUR RECIPE:
-Flour (4 cups)
-Salt (1 tablespoon)
-Garlic (2 tablespoons)
-Hunter's Poultry Seasoning (3 tablespoons)
