Hi guys, as you may know, OnePlus removed the built-in hardware notification LED in the 6T model to great annoyance. In this quick video I show you how to add a virtual notification LED, Real Always On Display and more Advanced Gestures.

So this video shows a simple and quick workaround, so you don't have to turn on the screen each time to check if you have missed calls, sms or whatsapp messages. This solution works good as I have tested it over 1 week. No heavy battery drain and no missed calls.

NoLED (Free App)
The developer now removed the app from Google's play store. So you need to download it via the Aptoide store here https://noled.en.aptoide.com/?store_n... (It is very important that you only use version 6.0.20 as the newest version crashes)

PS. In NoLED I recommend to enable setting NoLED → Misc→ Display NoLED Icon, so it runs like a background service all the time on the phone, to avoid the system/OS shutting it down.

Recommended settings: "allow this app to run without restriction" (make sure it shows AOE up in the statusbar all the time) + "clock always, edges when a notification comes" + "double tap to close" + "Adjust brightness to low like 5%" + "pocket mode on"
