Ragi Laddu Recipe | Healthy Nachni Ladoo with Dry Fruits & Jaggery

📋 *Ingredients:*
Ragi flour (nachni) — 1.5 cup
Jaggery powder — 3/4 cup
Ghee — total 1/2 cup

Sesame seeds — 3tbsp
Coconut powder — 1/4 cup
Paani — 1/4 cup
🍽️ *How to Make:*
1. Dry roast almonds, cashews, walnuts
2. Roast sesame seeds and coconut
3. Roast ragi flour till aromatic
4. Make jaggery syrup with ghee and water
5. Coarsely grind dry fruits + sesame
6. Mix jaggery syrup with ragi + nuts + coconut
7. Shape into soft laddus
