تقييم المريض | (3) مقياس حالة الوعي أو التخدير عند المريض - Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS)

بتستخدم GCS؟ طب لو العيان بتاعك نايم تحت تأثير البنج أو على sedation، هتعمل إيه؟ هتسيبه من غير تقييم؟ طبعًا لأ!
في الحالات دي، GCS مش هينفع، وهنا بييجي دور مقياس مهم اسمه: RASS – Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale
مقياس بنستخدمه لتقييم درجة الوعي أو الاستجابة عند المرضى المتخدرين أو اللي واخدين مهدئات.

RASS بيساعدك تحدد العيان ده:
هادي؟
نايم؟
محتاج تقليل sedation؟
ولا بدأ يتنبه أكتر من اللازم؟
المقياس بيبدأ من +4 (يعني العيان عنيف)
لحد -5 (يعني مفيش استجابة خالص حتى للألم)
والرقم 0 معناه إن العيان alert & calm.
بنستخدمه كتير في العناية المركزة، وأحيانًا مع أي مريض على ventilator أو تحت تخدير.
