媽媽餅(脆光酥餅)
材料:
📌牛油 100g
📌煉奶 100g
📌粟粉 250g
做法:
1. 將牛油,煉奶,粟粉攪拌,搓成麵團狀。
2. 將麵團分割成好幾件,壓扁後放在焗盤上,放入焗爐用175度焗15分鐘。

Ingredients:
📌 Butter 100g
📌 Condensed milk 100g
📌 Cornstarch 250g
Instructions:
1. Mix butter, condensed milk, and cornstarch together to form a dough.
2. Divide the dough into several pieces, flatten them, place them on a baking tray, and bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
