This is a compilation of some of John Hill's videos of trains on the line between Chicago and Omaha on the C&NW (now the Union Pacific)
John C Hill (1955 – 2023)
Former member of the Twin City Model Railroad Museum - John Hill was an avid rail fan, model railroader and photographer
John took thousands of slides and took videos of: trains, airplanes, river barges as well as lake boats on the Great Lakes
He specialized in photographing and documenting railroad yards and areas that many others seemed to avoid

The Museum is open every Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday
The Regular Museum hours are
Friday 10 AM - 3 PM
Saturday 10AM – 5 PM
Sunday 12 PM – 5 PM
Monday 10 AM – 3 PM
Special Events - Night trains, Circus Trains, Military Trains (Memorial Day), Spooky Trains (Halloween) and Holiday Trains are run at different times during the year.

The Twin City Model Railroad Museum has many of different types of trains, buildings and other models – of all sizes - including:

There are also exhibits that show the various scales side by side - for comparision - inlcuding the International Train Display at the rear of the Museum.
The Children's Area has many different layouts for the girls and boys to operate as well as work tables where they can create and build models and run wooden trains. There is a LEGO Work Area and Thomas the Tank Trains to run as well.
