A lot of people moving to Lynchburg Virginia love the Forest area. If you're moving to Lynchburg VA, Forest VA could be a landing place for you. It can be quite diverse it what it offers home size and price wise. The area we look at in this video is an area with median home size and prices that are both bigger than the median home size and price for the Lynchburg MLS overall.

And the new builds we tour are really nice! There are brand new homes and existing homes for sale in the Great Oaks Subdivision. But you'll see in the video, they typically don't last too long. (Of course that depends on how they are priced...the overall economy...the time of year...elections...etc.) :)
