R46/R160/R179/R211A Downtown A,C,E Local Trains At 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal

Service Today:
A: 8th Avenue Local/Fulton Street Express and Central Park West Express. Via Delancey Street. Inwood 207th Street, Manhattan to Euclid Avenue, Brooklyn.
C: 8th Avenue/Fulton Street Express and Central Park West Express. Via Delancey Street. 168th Street, Manhattan to Euclid Avenue, Brooklyn.
E: 8th Avenue Local and Queens Blvd Express. Via 53rd Street. Jamaica Center, Queens to World Trade Center, Manhattan.

Because Of Track Replacement, A trains were not running between Euclid Avenue, Brooklyn and Lefferts Blvd/Howard Beach JFK Airport, Queens.
A trains ran in two sections:
1. Between Inwood 207th Street and Euclid Avenue, every 12 minutes (days and evenings).
2. Between Howard Beach JFK Airport and Far Rockaway.
Free Shuttle Buses ran along two routes:
1. Local Buses made all stops between Euclid Avenue and Lefferts Blvd/Howard Beach JFK Airport
2. Express Buses ran between Euclid Avenue and Howard Beach JFK Airport, (Euclid Avenue buses made a stop at Aqueduct North Conduit Avenue)
Transfer between A and Free Shuttle Buses at Euclid Avenue and/or Howard Beach JFK Airport.
Note: All trains at Howard Beach JFK Airport boarded from the Manhattan platform.
LIRR accommodated subway riders traveling between Brooklyn and Queens for no additional cost at Atlantic Terminal, Nostrand Avenue, East New York and Jamaica. Check LIRR service and schedules.
Travel Tip:
For travel between Manhattan and JFK Airport, take the E train instead and connect with the AirTrain at Sutphin Blvd Archer Avenue JFK Airport.

Because Of Structural Maintenance, A trains stopped at 23rd Street and 50th Street in both directions.

Because Of Structural Maintenance, there were no A and C trains at Spring Street, Canal Street, Chambers Street WTC, Fulton Street and High Street.
A and C trains ran via the F in both directions between West 4th Street and Jay Street MetroTech.
Travel Alternatives:
For Spring Street, Canal Street, and Chambers Street WTC, take the E train via transfer at West 4th Street.
For Fulton Street, take the J train via transfer at Delancey Street-Essex Street. Or, use the nearby World Trade Center E station via transfer at West 4th Street.
For High Street, use the York Street F train station instead.

Because Of Track Maintenance, Brooklyn C trains skipped 116th Street, 110th Street Cathedral Parkway, 103rd Street, 96th Street, 86th Street, 81st Street Museum Of Natural History and 72nd Street.
For service to these stations, take the C to 59th Street Columbus Circle and transfer to an Uptown C train.
For service from these stations, take the C to 125th Street and transfer to a Brooklyn C train.
