Upscaled remastered and stabilized using AI! I have tried to restore this footage coming up on its 40th anniversary next year! In 1986, I was 15 years old and living on Okinawa. I filmed this drive with a VHS camcorder—capturing everyday life, cars, and streets that are now part of a forgotten era.

I recently recaptured this footage from the original VHS tape as part of a time capsule project, preserving personal memories of Okinawa and Japan from the 1970s to 1990s.
