Ingredients

2 litres milk to make rabri

2 litres milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup coloured vermicelli
1 cup cream
3 tbsp corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup cold milk
2 cans fruit cocktail
Chum chum
Almonds and pistachios
Jelly

Steps:
1. Cook 2 litres milk until thick.
2. Add 2 litres milk in a pot, add vermicelli and sugar. Cook until vermicelli is soft.
3. Mix cornflour in milk and slowly add in milk.
4. When thickens, turn off the flame.
5. Let it become cool at room temperature
6. Add, cream, rabri, jelly, chum chum, fruit cocktail, almonds and Pistachios.
7. Mix and serve cold.
