Duane has a family legacy in the City, being the great grandson of the first Mayor of Huntington Beach, Mr. Ed Manning. His mother was City Clerk and then City Historian preserving the City's history is in his genes. Duane shares wonderful memories of what it was like growing up in small town Huntington Beach.
