About company: One of the best CBSE English medium school in Domjur (Howrah). The aim is to provide the best education to students by following the CBSE.

Now the Institute requires an HR Executive.
Place of Work: Liluah, Howrah or city office.
Qualification needed: MBA (Preferable)
Experienced: 1 to 2 year
Suggested salary Slab: 18 K to 20 K (CTC)

Job role and responsibility:
HR recruiter's role is to attract and hire candidates for this Institution.
Develop recruitment plans: Collaborate with hiring managers to create plans that align with the company's goals
Write job descriptions: Create or update job descriptions that attract the right candidates
Post job openings: Advertise openings on job boards, social media, and the company's careers page
Source candidates: Use a variety of methods to find potential candidates, such as networking, attending job fairs, and researching new sources
Screen applicants: Review resumes and applications, and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability
Make recommendations: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Negotiate contracts: Write offer letters and negotiate compensation and benefits packages
Monitor metrics: Track key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire
Manage candidate records: Keep track of candidate data and records
HR recruiters should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities. They should also be able to manage expectations of both candidates and hiring managers.
Make and prepare offer letters, LOI, Appointment letters, Joining and confirmation.
