This video shows the process of assembling an EJ207 long block starting with a brand new OEM STI EJ207 factory short block from Subaru.

It is paired with built non-AVCS heads. The heads are equipped with Ferrea valves, dual springs, titanium retainers, valve guides and new stem seals. Upgraded 272 Kelford stage 2 cams and STI shim-less buckets.

RCM 1.5mm head gaskets
RCM oil control kit (Windage tray, anti-surge oil pick up etc.)
RCM black series water pump with 70c thermostat and housing
