Một công trình cải tạo mang concept Scandinavian – tinh giản, ấm cúng và tràn ngập ánh sáng – nhưng lại giữ lại khí chất nhiệt đới qua từng chi tiết vật liệu, cây xanh và khoảng mở.

Ngôi nhà được định hình với form mái dốc đặc trưng của phong cách Scandinavian, nhưng không đơn thuần là sự tối giản lạnh lùng. Ở đây, chất nhiệt đới bản địa được chắt lọc tinh tế qua cách bố trí khoảng thưởng trà ở tầng 2 với không gian xanh mát, và những khoảng đệm giúp lưu thông gió tự nhiên.
Ngôn ngữ thiết kế hiện đại với đường nét gãy gọn và màu sắc trung tính, mang màu sắc Scamdinavia những vẫn giữ được "Vibe tropical", bằng sự hòa quyện của trắng, gỗ, và xanh tự nhiên.

Tối giản nhưng không tối thiểu – hiện đại nhưng vẫn ấm áp và chan hòa với thiên nhiên.

A renovated project in concept phase, inspired by the Scandinavian style – minimalist, cozy, and filled with natural light – yet retaining the tropical vibe through every material detail, lush greenery, and open space.

The house is defined by the signature pitched roof of Scandinavian architecture, but it transcends the notion of cold minimalism. Here, tropical vernacular elements are thoughtfully integrated through features like the open space on the second floor and buffer zones that promote natural ventilation.
The design language is modern, characterized by bold and well-defined lines, as well as a neutral color palette. It carries the calm aesthetic of Scandinavia while still embracing a tropical vibe, blending white, natural wood, and greenery.

Minimalist but not minimal – modern yet warm, and deeply connected with nature.
