Meatballs:
▫️450g (1lb) ground meat (beef or pork)
▫️1 egg
▫️50g (¼ cup) breadcrumbs
▫️1 small white onion, finely diced
▫️3 cloves garlic, minced
▫️1 tbsp soy sauce
▫️1 tsp sesame oil
▫️Salt & black pepper
▫️2 tbsp frying oil

Honey Garlic Sauce:
▫️5 tbsp honey
▫️4 tbsp soy sauce
▫️3 tbsp ketchup
▫️2 tbsp water
▫️2 cloves garlic, minced

Bake:
▫️200g (1 cup) white rice
▫️1 green bell pepper, chopped
▫️1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
▫️100g (¾ cup) frozen peas
▫️1 tbsp olive oil
▫️500ml (2 cups) vegetable broth
▫️1–2 tbsp green onions, to garnish
