😷Best Acupuncture Points for sore throat!

😷 BEST AcuPoints: St 36 & Lu 7. But to recover the loss of smell, LI 20 would be great to add. Best point for sore throat: LU 10 & best for cough: LU 5

😷 BEST Chinese herbal formula: Yu Ping Feng San (Jade Wind screen powder) is a classic formula used to protect. It should not be used if the patient is already sick, it only works as a recovery or preventative method.

😷 TCM Nutrition: Bone broth (Or veggie broth) daily, whole foods, adding ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon, and avoiding dairy and greasy foods.

😷 TCM TIPS: Getting fresh air daily, movement daily, and feeding the mind with what bring joy to the heart. Deep breathing meditation and lots of hugs! 💜
