Cheap Studio Lighting Solution

So today I set up some new lights in my studio to use for my videos, so here is a little video explaining what I did, with a little comparison at the end.

I bought two floodlights from Wilkinson's today, plus cable and plugs.

Cables and plugs are available in any hardware store.
