Two homes: One is a large home with 5 bedrooms, a pool, rancho,
kitchen green house, sunroom, master suite with magnificent views of the
mountains, large modern kitchen, sun room overlooking the pool. The
other home is a smaller, modern two bedroom home with expansive views,
privacy, a fenced back yard for pets.
Set below the main large home is a cacao processing area and chocolate
making room as well as storage. Attached to this is a large yoga or work
deck completely surrounded by jungle. This area also has a separate
entrance and does not required coming through the farm to get to is.
Under the yoga deck are two studio apartments currently building out each
with a small kitchenette, bathroom with shower and studio space. Barn
doors open to a jungle patio. Originally designed for volunteers for the
cacao and/or staff for the farm.

This is a privacy purchase to ensure no development happens across the
way. The mountain is completely forested with a walking path to the top
that offers expansive views of the ocean, the river and the La Cangreja
Mountain and Valley, The forest contains cedro, laurel, teak, bamboo,
pisote, and many other hard and soft woods.
There is road frontage on the national highway which is currently unpaved
although once paved, would offer traffic to any commercial enterprise. The
mountain ridge is ideal for privacy and building cabins or retreat space
