Delicious Stewed Beef

Ingredients List

1kg beef (boneless)
Drop of oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp Red Seasoning / all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
2-3 tbsp green seasoning
Oil
Sugar
1-2 tbsp tomato puree
1 cinnamon stick / piece
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 bay leaf
2-4 cups water (enough to cover the beef)
1 tbsp more green seasoning

📌 Cook on low heat until tender
