the problem of static fuzz from the right xlr persists on some users xone db:4 units. now personally, i believe that the best solution for it is a better built quality control after the complaints were made and a total recall of units produced before the complaints were made. but since its not up to me and A&H policy of dealing with issues is not quite user friendly, i had to make this video 'cuz the mixer itself is AWSOME (aside the built quality ofc).
note that it is important to use only clean cooper wire. remove all isolation from it. when you are disassembling the mixer you will eventually have loads of different screws on your hands. be prepared - have some spare boxes to place them in to, all kinds of them, so when you start to reassemble, you would know which screw goes where. only use battery powered drill so that you dont damage the insides on the unit. use it gently.
