I beat General Kranz with the Fort Raptor.
The biggest weakness of his fort is that it require a lot of energy to operate, so my main strategy is to destroy his reactor and then EMP spam, he is also not smart enough to disable his useless equipments.
With his kinetic shield, scrambler and active defense, other weapons can hardly deal any damage to his fort, so I have to rely on a laser.
I'm sure this run can be optimize further but I'm not really interest in doing so.
