I have a decent amount of Indian food in my life, but I've always stuck to the thinks I know. Tikka Masala, Korma, Saag Paneer. And of course lots of Naan, but my experience at Kailash Parbat was something entirely different. It's a vegetarian and vegan Indian chain restaurant with restaurants in over a dozen countries world wide. They recently opened up a location in Southern California and so I knew I had to try.
It's an excellent restaurant with some amazing food!
