Aam Panna or Green Mango Panha is a traditional and most popular Indian summer drink made with raw mango.. It is a natural drink loaded with vitamins and minerals. It will refresh your mind and soul in this scorching summer. Mango panna is very easy to prepare at home with mangoes, mint, sugar and few spices.
Mango - 4 (500 grams)
Sugar - 3/4 cup (200 grams)
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Black salt - 3 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 3 tsp
Red chilly powder : as per taste
Fennel powder :1 tbsp
Directions
Getting ready:
1. Wash the mangoes
Making:
2: place the mangoes on the stand on flame
3: Sim the flame for 10 minutes
4: rotate the mangoes with the help of tongs
5: rotate them until they become soft
6: check with a nice for the softness and then removed from the flame
7: peel the skin of the mangoes, and then chop them off
8: take a mixture, jar and add the mangoes, then add some leaves
9: spices: add chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar, fennel powder
10: grind it into a fine paste
Serving:
13. Take a glass and pour mango panna into it then add 2-3 ice cubes. Garnish it with mint leave and lemon slices serve this mouth-watering and refreshing mango panna.
