For over 17 years now, I’ve been working in online fitness and health coaching. I started off working as a personal trainer, working 12 hours a day, making 20 bucks per hour, living with a poverty line income and then I started my health and fitness business, scaled it to 8 figures, exited it and created Healthpreneur which is an 8 figure business as we speak. So, as you can tell, I know a thing or two about an online fitness coaching business model.

In this video, I’m going to tell how to launch and scale a highly successful online health and fitness coaching model in 2023. Where you get rid of 1:1 and the exhaustion that comes with it, where you stop leaving money on the table, where you carve out for yourself all the freedom and flexibility you want in life, and where you can impact more people with less effort.

I’m going to talk about the 2 factors, the 2 aspects of a highly successful online fitness coaching business model. If you get them dialed in, you can obliterate your competition, mark your market, totally own it and forget about your financial worries.

So those 2 factors are… A) Acquisition Model and B) Delivery Model. We can always get granular, but we must also understand the importance of getting the basics right.

So, the acquisition model is how you get your clients. We do this with what we call the Perfect Client Pipeline™ system.

The first step is PP or predictable prospecting. We run ads to laser target the ideal target customers and I’m going to tell you that all the content we create cannot match ads when it comes to cold, hard numbers… the results that actually matter to a business.

The second step is TS or teaching to sell. This is where we use a webinar to “move the free line” as Gary Bencivenga would say. Precision is the name of the game. You cannot help everyone, so you pick a market and dazzle it with the value you bring to the table.

The third step is AA - ask and assess. You can always give value to your clients, but at the end of the day, implementation is not the same as learning something. There are always follow-up questions. They cannot move forward without the guidance they need.

And the fourth and the last step is CC or coach to close. This is a very important step in this online fitness coaching business model as we weed out time wasters, tyre kickers, wanna bes, have beens and never woulds - and we only let your ideal dream customers get access to YOU - the coach.

And then there is Delivery. You have acquired a client, but how you deliver the whole thing, how you coach them, is what makes the difference. Whether you’re going to make the impact you want, earn the money you so badly need and win back the time you cannot replace with anything else, depends entirely on the mode of delivery.
