ASMR - How to make homemade scented candles 🕯️

I share with you here how I make my candles but I could be wrong in my process, although I have spent a lot of time informing myself on the craft of candlemaking. Hi everyone!

In this video, I talk you through how I make scented candles at home, if you are ever curious about that DIY project of mine. To illustrate this video, I made two candles, one lavender scented, the other one scented with a blend of citrus fruits essential oils.
The ASMR triggers you will encounter are: soft-spoken voice, glass tapping, soy wax flakes sounds, writing sound, detailed explanation of a process, stirring and pouring motion.

To make candles, I use:
A scale
A measuring tape
A thermometer
Flakes of soy wax (from the french seller Terre de Bougies, make sure it is for poured candles)
Heat-proof glass containers (used jars)
Cotton or wood Wicks
Some glue to secure the wick at the bottom (didn't use any in the video but it's safer to use some)
Essential oils (Warning: essential oils are not recommended for everyone, and some are unsuitable for candles. You can also use a fragrance oil instead)
Isopropyl myristate, to enhance the scent
A filtering face mask (I'm using the 3M Chemical respirator 4279)
Gloves (I forgot to wear them in the video but I encourage you to wear them for the fragrance part)
Some wooden sticks to guide the wick on top
