Welcome to Beach Cottage Double Wide! I'm Mitch, and this is John, and around Thanksgiving we acquired a 2 bed 2 bath mobile home near Tampa Bay in Palmetto Florida! We are going to take you through the process of renovating this 1980's beauty and working with its good bones to transform it from 80s ugly to an adorable home with a Beach Cottage vibe! We will take you through tear out, flooring, painting, bathroom renovation, light fixtures, sourcing materials, budget, and tons more! There's lots of ups and downs in this whole process and we're going to share the whole journey!
