《作明佛母》，又名「咕嚕咕列佛母」或「紅度母」，身呈紅色，是藏傳佛教中象徵威德與攝受力的本尊之一，掌理權威與懷法。
持誦作明佛母心咒（紅度母心咒），可祈得婚姻美滿、家庭和諧、人緣增長，備受親友與部屬敬愛；亦能消災除病、息解障礙、獲得福德、降伏怨敵、化解業障，並有助於求子得子、與有情人成就因緣。無論是世間的事業成就，或是出世間的修行願望，皆能蒙其加持而圓滿成就。

Kurukulla, also known as Red Tara or Gurugulle, is a red-colored deity in Tibetan Buddhism, revered as a goddess of magnetizing power and authority. She governs the practices of attraction and influence.
Chanting the Kurukulla Mantra (Red Tara Mantra) is believed to bring harmonious relationships, a blissful marriage, and increased personal charm and popularity. It invokes blessings for good health, removal of obstacles, abundance, the subduing of adversaries, and purification of negative karma. She also supports fertility and the union of destined lovers. Her blessings extend across both worldly achievements and spiritual aspirations, offering a path to complete fulfillment.
