The 'no' team is yet again directing its anger at the US government, for allegedly using its taxpayers' money to influence the outcome of the referendum. Higher Education Minister William Ruto and his team claim the big brother has poured two billion shillings in the guise of civic education to sway the august 4th polls. The 'no' camp told the US and other foreign missions to allow Kenyans to determine their own destiny. Francis Gachuri reports from Mombasa.
