Samsung S95B 1406 Nits in Filmmaker Mode (HDR10 video)

Yes its not a joke
i got this tip from another youtube user about changing one setting
in the service menu and it worked.
the nits levels i got now are even higher than what i got in Movie mode when the tv was new with the 1211 firmware.
One note is that you need to set the ST 2084 slider to -2 otherwise diffuse white will be at 150 Nits.
at -2 now and Diffsuse white is back on track at around 100 nits.

So the Nerf was done inside the service menu just what i thought but i didnt find that part last time i checked.
these changes are on another part of the menu system and you need to go into the advanced settings which i couldt see before.
