Notes:
1. Refer tuning charts for the diatonic harmonica (Richter tuned), available on the Internet, to find out about the tuning itself, as well as the full list of notes available as bent notes.
2. Also, when I said "close the nostrils", that actually means just stop the air coming in or going out through your nose - don't have to pinch or squeeze your nose forcefully or similar. Just don't breathe through the nose while you are bending.
3. The lower the target bent note, the more the tongue is curved toward the back (and the jaw is dropped further, with the tongue to the floor).
Bending notes may seem to be overwhelming at first. Keep trying, and refer to the many resources available on the internet, to help you out. But remember, technique is the key to success, and not use of undue force / pressure!
