Breaking Lines Passing Diamond Exercise - Warm-Up

Basic Diamond Passing & Dribbling Diamond
1. Dribble, pass, player moves to the left, 1-2 to change over (Repeat to the right)
2. Pass around the diamond, follow your pass (Repeat in opposite direction)
3. 1-2 to the right, pass through the middle (Repeat in opposite direction)
4. 1-2 left, 1-2 right, pass through the middle (Repeat right then left)

Change of Direction Exercise
5.Player passes to the ball in front of them and then sprints and changes direction between the poles, picking up the ball before the mannequins. That player then plays quickly between the mannequins, to the player waiting who turns and finishes in the mini-goal.
