A while back I was struggling with an AR15 that would not cycle. I tried a new gas block, different bolt carriers, lubing parts excessively, realigning the gas port, new ammo. Seemingly everything, before I learned that indeed sometimes the gas port diameter is insufficient.
In this video I explain what I did to fix the issue and get this thing to cycle!
