Skill power should not be an option for Sharen since she is electric, and Storm Hanger is heavily resisted against electric. However, the recent update introduced Storm Bullet, which basically gave Sharen a Damage over Time (DoT) tool. This also means that we don't really need to use 100% gun damage anymore in this. Nothing can really stop Sharen now
