Built in 2004, our 14th floor east end luxury beach condo has 9 ft ceilings, large open floor plan (1801 sq ft living), 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with a 719 sq ft wraparound balcony. The balcony is one of the largest on the beach and has the most beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The wraparound balcony provides marine life viewing such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all different types of fish, but most of all you will enjoy viewing the most amazing sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico every day!

Our luxury condo is professionally decorated in a clean farmhouse cottage style with lots of whites and blues and plantation shutters. The newly renovated large open kitchen has a u-shaped island with a large farmhouse sink, plenty of extra cabinets and an inset table booth all set into beautiful quartz countertops. It is fully equipped for gourmet dinners. The kitchen has Premium Stainless-Steel Appliances, including a Samsung range that has air fryer and convection options along with a 5-burner cooktop.

The newly renovated kitchen provides a panoramic view of the beach as you are dining. In addition, we have a Keurig Coffee bar area and a microwave station. We have beautiful luxury plank floors throughout our condo. No carpet!

The great room and all bedrooms each contain a 65” Flat Screen Smart TV, ready for your streaming. Free wireless high-speed internet is included. The couch and loveseat in the great room are enhanced by a fireplace in the great room. In the laundry room, we have a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room features a lovely coastal cottage style king size bed with storage drawers at the base, night stands complete with charging stations, beautiful dresser, and 55" Smart TV.

The master bath has been updated to include an extra-large walk-in shower complete with rain head, hand held shower and bench.

One of the guest bedrooms has a King size bed in a calming blue color with storage drawers at the base, with night stand with built in charging station and chest.

The third guest bedroom also features a king size bed, night stands dresser all in a beautiful distressed coastal style. All beds have high end hotel quality sheets, bedding and flatscreen Smart TVs. Both bedrooms open onto the wraparound balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest rooms have separate entrance to the bath. Guest bath has been updated to include a walk-in shower with a hand-held shower head and a stationary shower head.

In our luxury condo complex, you will enjoy the secure covered parking garage, with assigned parking, and 3 high speed elevators. We offer a gulf front fitness room, a video arcade game room for children and teenagers. We have in-house security available by phone.

The tropical beach front has two gulf front pools, 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 294 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats along with the beautiful sunshine.

You may never want to leave your unit, but in case you do, there is a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant and excellent dining and family entertainment just a short walk away. Enjoy the fun park, golf, deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling or just spend a relaxing day at nearby St. Andrews State Park or Shell Island where you can swim with the dolphins.

Walk the beach to nearby Pineapple Willie's and soon the new Tootsie’s, Bumper boats, go carts, Emerald Falls Water Park, convenience market, and miniature golf are all within walking distance! You are also only minutes away from championship golf in the beautiful Panama City Beach area and only five minutes away from Captain Anderson's! Pier Park Mall, many other amusement parks and ‘Ripley’s Believe It or Not’ and Wal-Mart are all within an easy drive.

From early March through mid-October, we provide free use of the beach service (a $260 weekly value free to our renters) including two padded lounge chairs with umbrella on the sandy beach.
