On Thursday, March 11, 2021, the Clarke Historical Library hosted chef, farmer, cookbook author, and local food advocate Abra Berens to speak about her life and career in the food and culinary arts industry. In addition, Abra showcases four different salads, all using cauliflower. This event kicks off the Clarke most recent exhibit about Michigan foodways and what food and drink mean to the people of Michigan.
