My first online order from Ecuagenera is a large one, 18 orchids in total. Its a cold Friday morning when I open the door and find the box. Later that day (after recording this video) UPS sent me an email telling me to expect delivery the following Tuesday. Clicking the tracking number I see that in fact the box arrived the night before. Even though I don't know that yet, I do know the plants feel cool and a heat pack inside the box was cold, so with a bit of concern I open the bags to see how each of my new orchids look.
