3 Ice Rescue Techniques (From Solid Ice)

In this video, we go over 3 different ice rescue techniques that can be used to rescue someone without entering the water. The first is the Throw Bag Rescue where you are using a throw rope to pull the subject out of the water. The second is the Lever Rescue where you use a log or other long object to help get the subject up onto the solid ice. Finally there is the ET3 which is great when you have two rescuers.
