Helicopters collect President Trump, motorcade moves out and Red Arrows fly over Windsor Castle

A swarm of military helicopters descend on a park in London to collect President Trump for his trip to see King Charles at Windsor Castle. The motorcade of American vehicles is then relocated to standby elsewhere. Afterwards, the Red Arrows fly over the castle.

A VH-3D Sea King of the US Marine Corps took the callsign 'Marine 1' as it transported the Commander-In-Chief. The helicopter was supported by a decoy, two CH-47 Chinooks of the US Army, a Wildcat AH1 of the British Army and a Eurocopter EC-135 of the National Police Air Service.

Two armored Chevrolet Suburbans of the US Secret Service were also on standby to transport President Donald Trump, should the aircraft have been grounded (often due to poor weather). These were supported by several other specialist vehicles, security teams and police escorts; including the Electronic Countermeasures Vehicle Chevrolet Suburban 'Watchtower' and the Ford F550 Hazardous Agent Mitigation Medical Emergency Response 'HAMMER' vehicle.

The Royal Air Force flew over with a formation of Hawk T.1 trainer aircraft assigned to the Red Arrows Aerobatic Display Team. The flypast was meant to include F-35 Lightning IIs of both the US Air Force, and Royal Air Force, but they were cancelled.

The President of the United States, and the First Lady, are staying at Windsor Castle with King Charles III and Queen Camilla on their second State Visit to the United Kingdom. They were last hosted by Queen Elizabeth II on their first State Visit in 2019. A large security entourage is accompanying the president on his travels, utilizing multiple aircraft and motorcades.
