I recently got this mini doughnut maker as a gift, and have been experimenting with different kinds of recipes. And I finally got the most delicious baked mini doughnuts recipe to share with you. Glazed mini doughnuts with chocolate - what not to like about that?
This recipe is a healthier option than regular fried doughnuts, but the taste is just the same if not better. This baked mini doughnuts recipe is easy to make. Hope you like it and try this healthy dougnuts recipe!
Measurements are:
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
90 g butter (around 1/3 cup)
2 small eggs (It’s very important that the eggs are small, otherwise use only on 1 medium or large egg)
Optional: use a little bit of cinnamon, this will also work out very well.
A pinch of salt
