The Xbox Kiosk Demo Discs were Xbox discs that were used in retail stores from 2001 to 2005, promoting new games for the Xbox through trailers or demos.
This is the demo disc from after the Xbox released, most likely around December 2001, judging by the Xbox magazine ad this disc includes, and it's first issue was December 2001, so it could very well be from December 2001.
