The ZOHD Kopilot lite is a basic flight controller for RC planes. It will stabilise your model aircraft making it easier to fly which would be great for new pilots though you may need someone to help you initially set the plane up. It includes a RTH Return to Home and Geo fence features but no OSD on screen display.
I did use my own money to purchase the ZOHD Kopilot Lite reviewed in this video and I think it is worth getting one if you want a basic flight controller in your plane.
