In May 2025, we departed from Faro, hoping to bikepack all the way to Porto.
Reality hit us in the form of headwinds — and after 6 intense days and 349 km, we made it to Lisbon… barely.
Now we finaly understand why everyone rides south.
We didn’t.
Our route followed Ecovia and EuroVelo 1, hugging Portugal’s stunning coastline.
