What's up you guys? This week was pretty busy for me, so you can kind of hear it in my voice haha. This is a look into my day on Tuesday February 4th, so enjoy!
NOTE: This video was not made to scare you into believing that university is just a place where you study nonstop. I made this video as a believable representation of what a day can be like during a busy season of school. Many of the videos that are “a day in the life”, focus on eventful days that are filled with fun and different activities. People may tell you that “university is going to be the best 4 years of your life”, while that may be true there are times that you have to buckle down and study in order to be successful in what you truly went there for (hopefully your own education lol). Overall, I was not super productive today but I did enough to make me feel a bit more comfortable for the exam this weekend. As an update, I believe I did pretty well on that midterm and I also did pretty well on the rest of the fit testing so I’m pretty happy with how this week went. Also, I am pretty much better from being sick so that’s really good as well.

It’s midterm season, I have a fittest for dragonboat today and for the past 2 days I’ve been absolutely sick. So here’s my day…
7:00 AM - Wake, wash up
7:10 AM - Make breakfast, some old oatmeal for breakfast everyday
7:25 AM - Start preparing for biology midterm on Saturday by doing pomodoro cycles
9:50 AM - Get ready to leave to the gym for the dragon boat fit testing
11:15 AM - Got back from the fit test, here are my results compared to last time
Fittest (weights portion)
Weight: 126lbs to 131lbs
Pull-ups 19 reps to 21 reps
Bench 1RM 125lbs to 145lbs
Bench AMRAP (75%BW) 12 reps to 17 reps
The rest of the fittest is on Thursday of this week!
11:35 AM - I keep grinding for the biology midterm
12:00 PM - I got hungry so I got lunch, I ate chicken breast with rice, beans, tofu among other things on top of a bed of greens. ($6.18)
2:00-3:30 PM - My body aches returned so I was just laying on the ground for a few hours lol
4:00 PM - I started studying psych bc skipped class today to lay on the ground.
5:00 PM - I got bored so I got dinner this early, honestly didn’t even have too big of an appetite but I gotta eat because I’m sick ($6.29)
6:00 PM - Break, I watched a couple of YouTube videos but took it easy for the rest of the duration
8:00 PM - I did a practice biology midterm and I did pretty well, I’m starting to feel more confident for the real thing coming on Saturday
9:00 PM - my body aches got worse so I took it easy, showered
9:40 PM - I get ready for bed, read books/bible, stretch
10:20 PM - Sleep
